Pastor Pastor John Adebowale Adelekan is primarily a servant of God and a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He serves under the mentorship of his lifelong teacher, Dr David Oyedepo, the Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide.
He has served in different departments of the ministry for years.

Pastor/Director of Foreign Mission - Lagos (2005-2007) Regional Overseer, East Africa - Kenya (2007-2008) Durumi, Abuja.(2008) Resident Pastor - Minna (2008-2009), Resident Pastor - Ilorin (2009), Regional Overseer, Accra-Ghana (2010-2013), Resident Pastor - Goshen (2013) State Pastor, FCT - Durumi Abuja (2013-2016) Resident Pastor - Mgbuoba, Port Harcourt(2016-2017) Missioner - Goshen(2017-2018), Resident Pastor - Ibadan (2018) Vice President, Mission Inspectorate Service - Goshen (2018), Vice Pesident, Foreign Mission - Goshen (2019-2021); before his present deployment to Living Faith Church, Ikot Ebido Oku, Uyo. He is a full time student of the Bible.

Humble, disciplined, consistent, focused and committed to making a proof of his calling, Pastor Adelekan was born on 11th September, 1967. He obtained a B.Tech. in Metallurgical & Material Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, in 1990 and worked briefly at the Nigerian Foundries Ltd before responding to the divine call in 1995.

An ardent lover and follower of Christ from his youth, since he yielded to God’s Call upon his life in 1995 and entered into full-time Pastoral Ministry with Living Faith Church World Inc., Pastor Adelekan has been privileged to serve in various capacities both in the Home and Foreign Missions.

Pastor Pastor John Adebowale Adelekan is joyfully married to Dcns. Comfort Adelekan and their marriage is blessed with a houseful of both spiritual and biological children.
